April 11th, 2007 - Call Recording is Just the Beginning

Join ATP in April as we discuss another timely topic: "Call Recording is Just the Beginning: Strategies for Managing Liability, Quality Assurance and Training."

We will meet at the Asian Cuisine 8008 N. High St. one mile North of Worthington and a half mile north of I270.

Registration begins 8:30 a.m.
Meeting begins at 9:00 a.m.

Most call centers today record incoming and outgoing calls, but fail to take advantage of the wealth of information contained in those recordings. Darin Cooper, Systems Engineer and CTO of Sound Communications, will share a variety of ways in which call recordings provide a platform for:

*Preventing fraud, demonstrating regulatory compliance, and managing liability in he said/she said situations

*Driving increased sales and better customer service through improved quality assurance programs

*Enhancing agent performance and decreasing turnover through improved training programs, and more.

Long-time ATP member Sound Communications is an industry leader in digital recording solutions for voice, video and data. Following Darin's educational presentation, Sound will facilitate a panel discussion among several call recording users who have put these strategies to work. Panelists will include representatives from American Electric Power, Duke Energy (formerly Cinergy), and Children's Hospital in Cincinnati.

The meeting fee is $20 for members and $30 for non-members ($10 for students who pre-register before the Friday deadline). To pre-register, go to the website www.atp-ohio.org or respond with an e-mail to treasurer@atp-ohio.org, and include the company name and names of those who will attend.  And don't forget, when you pre-register before the deadline (5 p.m. on Friday, April, 6th 2007), your name is automatically entered in the drawing for a prize. Please register early so that we may have an accurate count for seating and lunch. Your pre-registration assists us in keeping our costs down.
